WAX Spring Season Officially Cancelled. Refund Info

Dear WAX Families:

We hope you are all well and safe during these unique times while waiting to get back to some kind of normality.  It will happen just not soon enough!

We have all been waiting for answers on when we can get back to work along with other things and unfortunately, lacrosse is just not going to be happening right now.  If and when it does, we will be ready but until then we are going to work on refunds for the Spring Registrations and Tournaments if any for applicable players.

The WAX Board is working this weekend to basically close out our season financially and see how to refund 500 players, which we obviously have never done before.  There were some large expenses this year that we have already paid for just prior to the start of the Season.  Some of  these items we can recoup next year such as uniforms and then there are other costs that we can't such as credit card fees, indoor time, nets and more.

Our goal is to get this all worked out by Sunday and then to start the refund process whether it be via check or credit cards.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we get this all figured out.

Andy
