Below on this page are important links for background checks, concussion, AED and much more.  This page is new and will continue to evolve so stay tuned for updates.

BACKGROUND CHECK INFO:

 

1. Review the attachment FIRST to see if you have an active background check that is good thru our WAX season.  Our season ends July 1 for some of us depending upon tournaments.  
2. You ONLY need to submit for a new background check if yours expires within a month.  Please don't just click on it unless you actually are expiring as we get hit with a fee.  So if you expire May 10, 2019, then you do not have to submit for a background check until April 11, 2019.
3. After steps 1 and 2 have been reviewed and if you still need the background check - then click this link. https://ssci2000.secure-screening.net/escreening/OApp_LoginEntrance.asp?mode=direct&code=450500
4. After you complete steps 1-3, submit a photo to   so an ID can be issued and they are compliant with the policy.  
5. Lastly, if you have an exisitng badge, they will not be issuing stickers but rather new badges entirely.
